Potter joined Cavignac & Associates in 2007 and serves as an account executive specializing in risk management and insurance for design professionals, nonprofit organizations, schools and restaurants. Raised in the Los Angeles area, she was born into an insurance family, working part-time at a privately-owned insurance brokerage firm founded by her grandfather up until her move to San Diego to complete her education. Potter graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, where she participated on the 2007 Division Two National Championship Water Ski Team. Preston Cavignac came aboard Cavignac & Associates in 2011 and serves as an account executive/risk advisor, focusing on real estate, construction, development, manufacturing, hospitality, technology and nonprofit clients. Preston Cavignac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in strategic management, from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business. He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Society, and earned an Accelerated Performance Sales Certificate. For two years, he played on the USC football team as a wide receiver. He is an active member of numerous business associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he serves on the Developing Leaders Council; the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he has served as co-chair for its Young Leaders Partnership Forum; the Building Industry Association (BIA); and the Association of General Contractors (AGC). He is also actively involved in the San Diego Foundation, serving as a member of its Community Scholarship Program Committee. He's also a recent graduate of LEAD San Diego's IMPACT Program. End
