Singer/Songwriter Jeremy Harrell Receives the Top Honor in the 2019 UK Songwriting Contest

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Jan. 15, 2020 - PRLog -- Jeremy Harrell is happy to announce that he is the winner in the 2019 UK Songwriting Contest in the category of Singer/Songwriter for his song "Dancing with a Broken Heart".

Jeremy Harrell is an indie recording artist from Chesapeake, VA. His distinct raspy, soulful voice and his acoustic guitar make an impressive combination, allowing him to deliver a compelling story with every song he performs.

Over the years, Jeremy Harrell has been nominated and won several awards for his music.

In 2018, Jeremy was nominated in the IMEA Awards for Male Country Artist of The Year, Songwriter of The Year, and Country Song of The Year for his "Dancing with a Broken Heart". In 2017, he was nominated for his song, "Dancing with A Broken Heart", in the R&B Category in Josie Music Awards. He was also nominated in the Hollywood Music and Media Awards in the category of Male Vocal for his song "Dancing with a Broken Heart". In 2016, Jeremy performed at The Josie Music Awards where he received the award for Rising Star: Male Vocalist of the Year.  Jeremy and his song "Remember When" received numerous nominations for the 2015 Country Blast Radio/The Josie Show Awards. He was nominated for 3 awards in the Country Modern category; Male Artist/Male Vocalist of the Year, Entertainer of the Year and Song of the Year (Male Artist).
