NELMAR Enhances Its Production Capacity with Latest Round of Capital Expenditure

TERREBONNE, Quebec - Jan. 16, 2020 - PRLog -- NELMAR Security Packaging Systems Inc. announced that its three new film converting (bag-making) machines have been installed and are fully operational, enhancing production capacity by more than 280 million security bags per year.

The three converting machines join a fleet of world-class extrusion, printing, lamination, and existing converting equipment at NELMAR's 200,000 ft² manufacturing facility. NELMAR's recent capital expenditure is only the latest example of its commitment to providing the highest quality products and services, with over $28 million invested in machinery in the last five years alone. Due to arrive in June 2020, NELMAR will also be adding 10 million lbs. of new capacity with an additional extruder to be operational in August.
