Tenon Tours Welcomes New Director of Sales Ernesto Santero

As head of the Tenon Tours sales team and travel specialists, he will refine both the sales process and structure. He will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product departments to develop new offerings for international travelers.

Ernesto comes to Tenon Tours with a wealth of knowledge and extensive background. He started his customer service and sales career over 17 years ago, where his experience ranged from implementing coaching and mentoring programs to overseeing sales and customer service teams. Prior to starting at Tenon Tours in December 2019, Ernesto was the Contact Center Supervisor for CIE Tours International for over 16 years.
