LIVONIA, Mich. - March 3, 2020 - PRLog -- Going Dark by debut author Jolene Grace is the first novel in her new spy series inspired by her travels, interests in politics and journalism. Her writing has also been featured at the Strand Magazine.

"I've always been interested in politics," says Grace. "While pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Broadcasting, I was fortunate to intern at the foreign desk at CBS Evening News. The unfiltered video tapes of the Iraq War sparked the inspiration for my series."

In Going Dark, we meet Amelia Sinclair, a prominent U.S. foreign correspondent and Gabriel Jets, the CIA's top agent and a man with a reputation of getting the job done, no matter the price. During a rare visit to the States, Jets is dispatched to collect a video depicting the kidnapping of four U.S. journalists working undercover in Syria. When a link between the video and a terrorist plot in Damascus is discovered, all evidence points to Amelia Sinclair. But Jets can't shake the belief that Amelia is being framed to take the fall for something far bigger than either of them. Jets can't trust anyone, and in the country he swore to protect, nowhere is safe.
