Everlast Homes Breaks Ground on New Model Home in Palm Coast

PALM COAST, Fla. - Feb. 11, 2020 - PRLog -- Owners of Everlast Homes, Inc. David Kimble and Anthony Russo are pleased to announce that the company has broken ground on its latest model home in Palm Coast at 10 Point of Woods Drive.

"Not only is this a new model home, it's also a new floor plan for Everlast," said Vice President of Everlast Homes Anthony Russo. "All of our homes include standard features that many of our home buyers say are upgrades from other companies," Anthony added. The home is forecasted to be completed by early summer 2020.

The "Hillcrest" model offers a 13 ft. entryway, mud room, and 3-bedrooms with a fourth 11', 5" x 12', 8" 'flex' room that can be used as an office, playroom, movie room or other.  It features 2,389 sq. ft. living space, space-saving pocket doors, a rough-in for an outdoor summer kitchen, niched-in cabinets in the walk-in master bedroom closet, including a 16 sq. ft. dressing area outside of the closet. The home also features 10' ceilings throughout the house, a galley kitchen with 10 ft. island, walk-in pantry, 42" all wood uppers, with soft close doors and drawers.
