As marketing director, she is responsible for overseeing the region's branding and marketing strategy while supporting the firm's business development, preconstruction, operations and project teams. Tavelli leads a large multifaceted marketing team that supports regional pursuits, public relations, special events and targeted marketing strategies. "Larissa's outstanding leadership has allowed her team to push the limits on what is possible and expand into strategic marketing functions," said Antonya Williams, senior vice president of business development for McCarthy's Southwest region. "She has developed key partnerships with her preconstruction, operations and business development partners that have driven the way we market and pursue work across the region." Tavelli serves on the McCarthy Partnership for Women committee, which focuses on developing women leaders within the company and industry. She is also the national administrator for McCarthy's Client Feedback Tool, which has been instrumental in supporting the company's exceptional client experience initiative. She serves on national leadership committees for the Business Development Leadership Group and the Marketing Steering Committee, where she has been a key contributor to marketing strategies across the nation. Tavelli holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and mass communications from Arizona State University. She participates in ACE Mentoring, is a member of Valley Partnership, and most recently participated as a dancer and fundraiser for Dignity Health's "Dancing with Dignity."
