Stephen Bush, Executive Chef of ICON Managed, Colony Bay Club, Triumphs at Global Culinary Olympics

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - March 2, 2020 - PRLog -- ICON Management Services, a growing management company for premier golf and Country club and community associations in Florida, is proud to recognize the recent success of Stephen Bush, Certified Executive Chef of the ICON managed, Colony Bay Club who won Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the IKA Culinary Arts Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany.

Chef Bush competed at the worldwide event as a member of the American Culinary Federation's Regional Team. He returned back to work at The Colony Bay Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, with a Gold and Bronze Medal in the Team Competition, as well as a Silver Medal in the Individual Competition.

Chef Bush has been with ICON Management and The Colony Bay Club since August of last year and he has proven to be a true asset to the ICON Management team. With a clear and successful track record of bringing innovation, revenue development and cost control to all of the environments in which he has worked, The Colony Bay Club has flourished since Chef Stephen came aboard.

Chef Bush earned a Silver Medal against 155 other competitors in the Individual Competition with his Four Finger Foods and Five-Course Full Dinner Presentations. He solely made a Platter for Eight in the Team Competition to help lead the team to a Gold and Bronze Medal against a total of 32 teams, making this the first podium for the US ACF Regional Team in the Overall Team Category.
