Each painting begins with three layers of gesso primer, then the first layer of molding clay is strategically applied. From there the artist provides his creativity. "I'm excited about this new website. Our photographer has provided us with incredibly detailed photos, designed to highlight the intricacies of each piece", says Kelley. "We've had a lot of individuals want to learn about art collecting, and have established a payment program to allow them to begin their collection with a few important pieces." Frank Kelley, Jr. was raised in Northeast Louisiana and has created art centered around rural Louisiana, celebrated jazz and Southern life. Mr. Kelley is an internationally renowned artist, with works owned by some of the most influential individuals in the United States and abroad. He serves the community youth through his Educational Arts Initiative Program. The Educational Arts Initiative Program, a 501(c )3 nonprofit organization, was founded in 2001 to give youth the opportunity to gain self-esteem and life skills through art. This program is fully funded by individual and community donations. The Educational Arts Initiative Program, Inc. incorporates math, art terms, art history, verbal communication, writing, public speaking and understanding the power of visualization.
