To reduce the chances of occurring such issues, you can add customized words and terms to the vocabulary of Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking software which will help it understand the words effectively.

In this blog, we will let you know about the process how you can add customization to the Dragon Vocabulary. Let's follow the steps given below –

Step 1 – Go to the Accuracy Center in Dragon Software and then explore the Dragon Bar menu and find the Vocabulary option where you can select the Vocabulary Editor to launch it.

Step 2 – Now you will get a Written Form Text box opened at the top of the vocabulary editor. Insert the term that you wish to add to the Dragon vocabulary editor.

Step 3 –If you want an email address to be recognized as some specific term by the Dragon, you can also add customization to it using the options given on the screen.

Like, you have set an email address as "My Email" so whenever you will say "My Email", Dragon will type that email address.

Step 4 – If you try to add a term in the Spoken Form box that the Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking doesn't already have stored in its vocabulary, it will pop up a dialog box with the fact.

Step 5 – Then, click on 'Add' button.

Step 6 – If the pronunciation for that specific term is difficult, you can train dragon and record the word in your voice to help in understands well.

Step 7 – Now click on the Close button to finish the process.
