Kyle Braddock Accepted Into The Master Of Real Estate Society

PRESCOTT, Ariz. - April 23, 2020 - PRLog -- Mike Eastwood Chief Executive Officer of West USA Realty of Prescott announces that  Kyle Braddock, a member of the Prescott Area Association of Realtors, an agent with West USA Realty of Prescott was recently accepted into Gold Level of the Master of Real Estate Society  (MRES) by the Arizona REALTORS®.

Criteria to belong to this Society within the Arizona REALTORS® is:

Be a REALTOR® in good standing

·Kyle holds a NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) or ARIZONA REALTORS® recognized designation or certification (earned after the completion of classroom instruction and examination)

Kyle holds an additional designation/certification and is a candidate for an additional designation/certification awarded by the national or state association

It takes 54 hours of continuing education during the two-year period immediately prior to applying for the MRES or renewing

You must earn 10, 8, or 5 points through additional educational classes, attendance at NAR or Arizona REALTORS® conferences, or service on local, state, or national committees.

Additionally, the criteria must be met every two years to remain active in the Society.  Membership recognizes the individual's dedication to excellence through professional education and commitment to staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices.  Only members of the REALTOR® organizations may belong to this Society.  Minimum educational requirements to renew a real estate license in the state of Arizona is 24 hours of continuing education every two years.  This individual has far exceeded the minimum.  Less than one percent of REALTORS® in Arizona belong to this elite society. There are only three REALTORS® within the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® that are current MRES members.  There are three levels of MRES REALTORS® represented in this association, one individual in each, Copper, Silver, and Gold.

Kyle has been a full-time REALTOR® in the Prescott area since January 2001.  Kyle and his wife moved to the quad city area in 1991. Memories of Prescott Valley consist of one stoplight and two stop signs and yes, the pavement on Robert Road ended at Loos.
