Tees2UrDoor Does A T-Shirt Giveaway For Those That Made A Difference During COVID-19

NEDERLAND, Texas - May 7, 2020 - PRLog -- Tees2UrDoor is a family-owned business based in Nederland, Texas. We started our company back in 2001, printing t-shirts for our local community, sports teams, and businesses in our area. We started our website in 2013, since then we have gained a strong web presence which has given us the initiative to fully transition into an online store.

In the wake of the recent pandemic, we have started a t-shirt giveaway with the intention of honoring people who are making a difference. Our tees say "I Made a Difference" with the US flag as a background. Our mission is to generate hope and demonstrate that America is still great!

We have asked our followers on Facebook to nominate different groups that are making a difference during COVID-19. So far, the groups that have been nominated range from grocery store workers to employees in the medical field including COVID-19 testing centers, oncology, workers in rehabilitation centers, gynecology, pediatrics, mask makers, daycares, and those in boards of education.

We have received around 2,200 entries and have donated as many as 12,000 shirts since we started the giveaway but we predict a total of 20,000 shirts will be donated due to a large number of incoming nominations! Our Facebook feed reveals that 2,000 people have commented nominating different groups - each telling us heartfelt stories about the sacrifices they have made.

"We didn't do this for the glory. We felt like we should do whatever we can to help with the pandemic. While I can't create a COVID-19 vaccine, I can still put a smile on people's faces. We can all bring joy by giving." Maccie, founder of Tees2UrDoor states.
