New Covid-19 Protocols For Visual Answers Opticians in Loughborough

LOUGHBOROUGH, U.K. - May 28, 2020 - PRLog -- Visual Answers will be operating a 1 IN 1 OUT access system

All clients will be asked to clean their hand with hand sanitiser on entry.

We will ask you to stand 2 metres (6 feet apart) when carrying out non- clinical procedures

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, (persistent cough, temperature, loss of smell), if you have been in close contact to someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 please rearrange your visit to us.

We will invite you to wear a mask for a close clinical procedures.

We will take some information remotely by phone when possible to reduce your contact time if you are to have a clinical procedure such as an eye exam, contact lens fitting/review or clinical scans.

For your safety, will recommend the use of remote technology (we have invested) during your consultations to reduce face to face contact time.

Sanitisation procedures for all equipment, frames and lenses will be in place and throughout the practice.

If you wish to purchase ore try a frame please request a member of the team and they will allow you to try it.

Please try to avoid cash payments if possible. We will try and use credit card payments whenever possible.
