Even prior to the George Floyd and #BLM crises, race and equality have been top of mind for GenZ, those born in the mid-1990s and just now entering the workforce. According to Girls With Impact's national report, 60% of GenZ men and women want to personally drive social change. Nearly 70% of the organization's students have developed ventures with a social bent ranging from an LGBTQ community to a soon-to-launch book platform – Mirror Me Diversity -- by Kristen St. Louis, 15 from the Bronx.
