BFCG Asia conclude definitive agreements for securities joint venture in Japan

SINGAPORE - July 17, 2020 - PRLog -- BFCG Asia, through a joint ownership structure, the parties will collaborate in a number of business and product areas in Japan, taking an industry leading position and offering a full range of institutional businesses, a large domestic retail brokerage network and significant global reach.

BFCG Asia, in a move that will allow them to leverage their respective strengths and networks, agreed to create two companies comprising their joint venture.

BFCG Asia's investment team will be integrated with the Japanese team of their new partner to create organization in Japan, serving BFCG Asia 's significant global client networks.

BFCG Asia will designate a Senior Director for Japan in the coming weeks.

The two joint venture companies will collaborate in providing capital markets services to private investment clients of BFCG Asia and in offering a wide range of products and services, including BFCG Asia's global products and services to retail and middle market customers in Japan as well as servicing clients of both parties.
