By: Tucson Small Scale Development Coalition Anderson and Yentzer will talk about the value to southern Arizona communities when the locals are empowered by owning both commercial and residential real estate, not only for their home or business, but also spaces to rent. Building middle class wealth and creating "legendary" entrepreneurs is a personal passion for him. In addition, Anderson will discuss the value of committing to your community or neighborhood for the rest of your life. He says anyone can do this work if they are willing to follow the steps of incremental development. To listen online, click here. To call in a question, dial 520-790-2040.
