TUCSON, Ariz. - March 24, 2021 - PRLog -- On Friday, March 26, 2021, starting at 9 a.m., Zach Yentzer of 1030 KVOI AM Radio's "Tipping Point" will host Ryan Stephenson of the Tucson Small Scale Development Coalition and Monte Anderson, co-founder and senior faculty member of the Incremental Development Alliance. The trio will discuss the growing number of local doers working to improve neighborhoods in the Greater Tucson area with small buildings and uses that residents and visitors enjoy.

Stephenson and Anderson will outline a Small Developer Boot Camp, organized by their organizations and held virtually from April 20 to June 29, 2021. The eleven-week Boot Camp gives participants an opportunity to apply training to their actual real estate development project. Participants will work through exercises like building and refining their pro forma, creating an investor proposal package, and drawing out the zoning parameters for their lot. Participants can also practice pitching their project to the group and instructors in order to get feedback in a supportive environment.
  • Early Bird Registration Rate ($499) – open until March 26, 2021
  • Regular Registration Rate ($549) – open until April 16, 2021
  • Last Minute Registration Rate ($599)
