Gas Station with Convenience Store Feasibility Study Barstow, California

BARSTOW, Calif. - Sept. 28, 2020 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater, LLC was engaged to provide a feasibility study for the planned new construction Shell Branded gas station with convenience store planned in Barstow, California.  The plan included land area of about 0.93 acres. The planned improvements were for a 2,391 square foot single story convenience store and six fuel pumps.

The feasibility study was for loan underwriting related to an SBA (Small Business Administration) loan guarantee.  The SBA often requires a feasibility study for new construction or expansion projects.

The feasibility study required by the lender and SBA included:
1. Economic Feasibility
2. Market Feasibility
3. Technical Feasibility
4. Financial Feasibility
5. Management Feasibility

To comply with Small Business Administration Code of Federal Regulations 2000 Title 13 § 120 160.
