Icon Management Awarded Management Contract of Bridgewater at Viera

MELBOURNE, Fla. - Sept. 29, 2020 - PRLog -- ICON Management Services, a growing management company for premier golf and Country club and community associations in Florida, has been awarded the management contract of Bridgewater at Viera, a new luxury resort-style community located in Melbourne, Florida. ICON Management will assume management on October 1, 2020.

The resort-style, "55 and better" community is located in Melbourne, Florida. Bridgewater at Viera is a beautiful gated community features more than 125 acres of sparkling lakes and the 408-acre enclave will features 862 single-family homes once complete. The Lennar Palm Atlantic community also features a resort-like clubhouse that will eventually cover 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities to include a fitness center, arts and crafts studio, cafe, theatre, card rooms, pool, patio with an outdoor bar, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts.
