Megan Malanga has over 20 years of experience in finance and has spent most of her career involved with the community bank industry. Most recently, she was a Vice President with Hovde Group, a boutique investment bank focused on the community banking sector, where she worked with banks across the U.S. on capital raising initiatives, as well as a strategic A-round capital raise for a startup Fintech company. Prior to joining Hovde Group, she was with Stifel Nicolaus, a brokerage and investment banking firm, where she was responsible for equity research coverage of Southeast-based community banks.

Ms. Malanga holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
