Yours Humanly Donates $15,000 in Art Supplies to Wren Avenue Elementary

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Oct. 19, 2020 - PRLog -- Yours Humanly, a global nonprofit that transforms the lives of children in need around the world by providing access to quality education and equitable resources, delivered $15,000 worth of art supplies to Wren Avenue Elementary, School of the Arts (Concord, California), benefiting more than 360 students served by the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.

The donation was made possible in part by the financial support of Pledge to Humanity and the work of dozens of volunteers who helped load and unload more than 50 boxes of arts supplies that were delivered in an enthusiastic demonstration of collaboration to the Wren Avenue Elementary campus on September 2.

A project of the Yours Humanly Bridging Gaps initiative, the effort was additionally supported by Wente Foundation for Arts Education, Rotary Club of Walnut Creek, and First Citizens Bank, who helped make an entire year of arts instruction possible for students of Wren Avenue Elementary.
