15th Edition of the Boston Turkish Festival's Documentary & Short Film Online Competition

Nov. 13, 2020 - PRLog -- 25th Boston Turkish Arts & Culture Festival is proud to present the 15th edition of its annual Documentary and Short Film Competition online due to Covid-19 between November 12 - December 15. The first of its kind in North America, this groundbreaking competition is an annual cinematic tradition which has won international acclaim.

This year a total of 39 finalists (22 docs & 17 shorts) will be screened, accessible anywhere in the US. In addition to jury-selected awards, viewers are invited to vote online for Audience Awards. Documentaries cover topics such as Searching for Justice and Truth, Community & Sustainability, Stories of Separation, Environment and the Cities, Fading Traditions, Children and Immigration, Human Portraits, and Life Changes.
