ATLANTA - Dec. 3, 2020 - PRLog -- Cleveland, Ohio - The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (http://www.naepc.org/) (NAEPC) is pleased to recognize Susan M. Tillery as an entrant into the Estate Planning Hall of Fame® (http://www.naepc.org/aep_distinguished.web) and as a recipient of the Accredited Estate Planner® (Distinguished) designation for 2020. This award was presented on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, by NAEPC leadership during a special virtual election ceremony.

Susan is one of only seven estate planning professionals to receive this prestigious award in 2020, which is given annually in recognition of  lifetime achievement and outstanding contributions to the practice and profession of estate planning within the professional disciplines of accounting, insurance and financial planning, law, philanthropy, trust services, and academia.

Susan M. Tillery, CPA/PFS, AEP^® (Distinguished) is President & CEO of Paraklete^® Financial, Inc. Her firm provides integrated fee-for-service personal financial planning and virtual family office services, without asset management or product sales. Susan is also co-founder and President of Financial Planning Advocate, LLC, a provider of continuing education for CPA's, financial advisers, universities, and colleges.Ms. Tillery is the co-author of Essentials of Personal Financial Planning, a textbook used by universities in graduate programs in accounting, business, and law. Additionally, Susan has co-authored The AICPA Personal Financial Planning Certificate Program.
