Organizations are increasingly aware of their duty of care responsibilities to all employees, executives and contractors especially in regards to business travel. ETS is officially entering the Italian security market to assist these organizations with both domestic and international footprint, to implement their duty of care and travel risk management policies and procedures.

During the translation of the ETS website, we had to consider the use of a technical language aligned with the terminology in use among the local security industry and it required hard work and all the experience of the ETS Director of Protective Services (LATAM-Italy-Spain), Mirko Ruggeri.

Mirko Ruggeri, a former Law Enforcement officer with the Italian State Police (Polizia di Stato) and Executive Protection expert with over 30 years of international experience, was instrumental to complete such a task. He leveraged his global network and a profound knowledge and understanding of the culture and the security industry in his native country.
