LOS ANGELES - Dec. 17, 2020 - PRLog -- Chef Jade is the newest chef in the vegetarian and vegan space, but she is far from typical. She is the youngest chef in the world to run her own restaurant, she's a United Nations ambassador for world animal welfare and she's ANIMATED!

Chef Jade is the brain child of Jade and Zelda, LLC (J&Z)., a content company focusing on creating animated intellectual properties that relate to young adult audiences.

The Chef Jade IP touches on many verticals, such as Food, Travel Animation, but is hoping the young adult audience is the one that gravitates to it the most. Generation Z and Millennials on the end of the birth curve have embraced animation substantially over the past 2 years. Snapchat and Twitch have even introduced animated avatars into their platform, so people can choose this as an option as way to be seen by the world.   Jade also had the advantage of being a part of the Virtual Influencer space, a new category of Influencer that's made of of Animated and CGI influencers.
