BPA Platform Helps SAP Partner Secure Clients & Generate New Opportunities

POOLE, U.K. - Dec. 21, 2020 - PRLog -- APH, an SAP partner and Codeless Platforms partner since 2014, today revealed how BPA Platform not only expands and extends the use of SAP Business One to improve efficiencies and processes but has also helped APH secure new clients as well as led to new revenue opportunities.

"We use BPA Platform as our default solution as we prefer it as a third-party integration between SAP Business One and other systems. Business process automation is a key offering, which SAP goes a long way to try and do, but BPA Platform just takes it to another level really. The power of SAP Business One just gets increased by the addition of adding BPA Platform to the solution. It opens up the doors to so many efficiencies and so many improvements in processes," revealed Charlie Heywood, Director, APH.

"It's basically provided a platform for us to expand and extend the use of SAP Business One, which obviously helps us secure clients, in as much that we can take full ownership of the solution from end to end. In the past it would have required going to a third party. So, it's been good in that respect."

Having BPA Platform at its disposal, along with the knowledge and experience of using it for a number of years, has provided APH with a clear advantage and often led to new opportunities.

"In some respects, it's opened doors as well. A lot of the projects that transpire are customer driven. They often come to us and say, "We bought this process, it's really long winded, very manual, what can we do to streamline it?" And that's when we introduce them to BPA Platform. "A lot of the projects that we've done this year, especially in the past six months, have been focused on digital transformation, where businesses are looking at really harnessing the power of the systems and the technology they've got to help with their processes within the organisation."

"We've got a number of eCommerce integration projects now, which seems to be ever growing. This mainly used to be Magento, but more recently it seems that Shopify is the eCommerce platform of choice. There's one project that we've been managing for the majority of this year, in which they have massively streamlined their business processes through the use of BPA Platform."
