How to apply for subsidy under PMAY for ROF Atulyas?

Pradhan Mantri Jan Awas Yojna is a policy that extends to you a subsidy on home loan interest. This policy allows you to claim a subsidy on your housing project depending upon the eligibility.

4. Your annual income must be below 18 lacs to be an eligible applicant under PMAY for the MIG-II category.
5. The candidate should have all the Indian citizenship documents.

After enrolling in the Pradhan Mantri Jan Awas Yojna, you can apply for a home loan with a lender of your choice. Just make sure that the lender you select is enlisted under PMAY. With the approval of your application, the sum of the loan amount shall be transferred to your account. The bank, therefore, will collect the subsidy on your behalf and will credit the subsidy in your home loan account.
