Bosco Tech Alumni to Meet Students for Engineers Day

ROSEMEAD, Calif. - Feb. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Representing organizations like SpaceX, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Universal Studios Hollywood, alumni working in a variety of engineering professions will address students at their alma mater, Don Bosco Technical Institute (Bosco Tech), on February 18, commemorating National Engineers Week. The graduates will virtually share their educational and career pathways and answer questions from students, the vast majority of whom are considering STEM-related college majors and careers.

"Because of the science and technology-focused nature of our curriculum, Engineers Week has always been a special celebration at Bosco Tech," said Principal Jeff Krynen. "Hearing from alumni who are successful engineering professionals in a broad range of fields is an invaluable opportunity for current students. That connection to the 'real world,' with practical insights coming from past students, helps to better prepare our young people for the many opportunities that await them after high school."
