✔ WHAT IS DUAL TECHNOLOGY?

ForTest has always been different thanks to innovation.
In a sector that had not seen technological innovation in air leakage measurement for 30 years, we decided to study and introduce a new measurement technology in the field of leak testing, patenting the Dual Absolute® system.

Using the simplicity and circuit reliability of the absolute decay technology, we have made it more performing than traditional differential technology.

We leave the constraint of measurement related to mechanical elements, subject to wear and tear, and implement a measurement managed by software systems.

✔ WHAT IS ITS PURPOSES?

This technology wants to significantly improve the results obtained until today using differential pressure decay leak test systems.

• With Dual Absolute® many disadvantages and problems in differential measurement are eliminated, such as the influence on the measurement due to mechanical stress, sensitivity to temperature variations and low repeatability due to stress on the reference part.
• With Dual Absolute® technology we provide to our customers an instrument that covers the entire range of air leak tests, with different test modes that can be selected during commissioning.

Thanks to the absolute pressure decay technology, you will no longer have the measurement limits related to the reduced scale of the differential transducer, but the entire measurement dynamics can be used, shortening the cycle times, with reliable and accurate measurement.

With just one instrument, we will have 4 test modes, which can be set according to the leak test requirements.
