2021 Scott Circle Communications Purpose PRogram Supports Local Nonprofits

WASHINGTON - March 8, 2021 - PRLog -- Scott Circle Communications (SCC) announces the participants selected for the second annual Purpose PRogram, a yearly professional development course in public relations designed to help local nonprofit organizations servicing the District, Md. and Va. (DMV) areas. Through this no-cost training program, nonprofit teams will strengthen their communications skills to boost their organization's public profile. In light of the pandemic, this year's theme will be, Impact at Home: Supporting Nonprofits Addressing Security, Safety, Equity and Inclusivity in the DMV.

"Our intention for the Purpose PRogram has always been to find a way to use our team's skillset to make a direct impact on the local community," said Laura Gross, president of Scott Circle Communications. "Throughout the pandemic, it's been clear there's a great need when it comes to issues related to home - especially with regard to security, safety, equity and inclusivity. That's why we're particularly excited to partner with this year's class of nonprofits and help them bring attention to the timely and necessary work they are doing."
