PRLog -- Inner Strength, a 501(c)3 non profit educational organization, is once again offering our exciting Foundations of Mindfulness for the Classroom Teacher Training. The 8-week course is designed to train participants to help to unlock a teen's potential by learning how to teach 7 evidence-based mindfulness tools, foundational mindfulness techniques and perspectives, the philosophy and science behind the tools, and much, more. The course is appropriate for anyone who engages with teens, but can be especially helpful for teachers, counselors, and mindfulness practitioners. Taught through a trauma-sensitive lens, the training includes interactive video conference calls, pre-recorded video lessons, live meditation sessions, weekly homework assignments, access to field experts and a supportive collaborative compassionate learning community.
