Ver-Tex Construction Welcomes New CFO

BOSTON - May 20, 2021 - PRLog -- Ver-Tex Construction welcomes Mark A. Paronich as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

Mark brings nearly forty years of experience in corporate finance and leadership, developing feasibility studies, maintaining banking and investor relationships, implementing corporate benefit programs and managing many other responsibilities in his roles.

Mark holds both a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S.L. from Boston's Northeastern University.

In his most recent role prior to joining Ver-Tex, Mark helped grow a small construction management firm into a multiple-market general contracting corporation serving project owners throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, Mark is a longtime instructor at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies. Mark began working with Ver-Tex in January 2021 and has been spending his first few months getting to know the staff as well as the company as a whole. His positive attitude and flexibility have been much appreciated as the company, like most others, continues to adapt to remote work and safety protocols as well as coordinate gradual back-to-work plans as the world begins to normalize.

In his free time, Mark enjoys partaking in some of his favorite hobbies – golfing and reading – and spending time with family.
