PRLog -- Continuing its success of building some of Arizona's best new homes and communities, Shea Homes' Arizona Division earned "2020 Production Builder of the Year" honors at the 35th Annual MAME Awards. Presented by Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, the MAME Awards recognize the homebuilding industry's best design, sales, marketing, merchandising and professional achievements in central Arizona. Categories are open to new home companies of all sizes, from production to custom builders. The winners and nominees are acknowledged for their work as well as set a stand of excellence and quality across the Arizona homebuilding community.
Shea Homes was a finalist in many categories and a winner in thirteen:
- Salesperson of the Year with a Company Closing 250 or more Homes a Year – Mike Coffey
- Sales Team of the Year – Korbin Brunick and Nancy Catalanotte
- Sales Leader/Manager of the Year – Justin Susnik
- Design Center Professional of the Year – Kyle Stiak Titsworth

- Best Landscape Design of a Model Complex – Azure, Paradise Valley
- Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home priced under $400,000 – Acclaim at Alamar 3502
- Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home priced $700,001 – $1Million – Prelude at Storyrock 7523
- Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home priced over $1Million – Azure Res 3
- Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home – up to 35 ft width – Acclaim at Alamar 3504
- Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home – 35 to 45 ft width – Ascent at Eastmark 4026
- Home of the Year - Production Home – Azure Res 3
- Builder of the Year – Production Builder over 250 Closings – Shea Homes
In addition to these categories, several Shea sales team members were recognized for their Sales Achievement in Dollar Volume and one team member as part of the Top Ten in the region.
