Dr. Heavenly & Friends Host In-Person Juneteenth Celebration

CONYERS, Ga. - June 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Bravo TV's Married to Medicine star, Dr. Heavenly Kimes will be hosting the a Juneteenth celebration pop-up shop her namesake beauty supply store. On Friday, June 18th, Dr. Kimes invites fellow Atlantans to celebrate the commemorative holiday and meet herself and castmates in person.

After appearing in the latest issue of Hype Hair magazine, the store opening couldn't have come at a better time. Dr. Heavenly is not only excited to own a store easily accessible to African-American patrons, she is excited to bring more business to the city of Conyers. She takes pride in knowing that Heavenly Beauty Supply will encourage employment rates and stimulate the local economy.

She has publicly remarked that the multi-billion dollar beauty supply industry has historically profited substantially from African-Americans, but is rarely owned by them. She stepped forward, leveraging her platform to encourage black entrepreneurs to become more dominate in industries that they patronize frequently. It is her hope that this community-focused celebration will serve as inspiration for aspiring business owners.

This FREE community event take place from 6PM-8PM and will have drinks, refreshments, give-aways,  special invited guests and most importantly, FUN! Attendees will enjoy discounts on everything from wigs, bundles, hair products, skin care products and more! Guests will also have a change to preview the on-site full service salon  (not open to the public yet).
