●       BM is the first level of Heshoutang members.

●       BM needs to pass the examination and get Heshoutang Member Certificate (HMC), and is seeing clients by Heshoutang Natural Health System (HINHS).

●       When BM is using Heshoutang owned Office or warehouse, BM will get products from Heshoutang owned office or warehouse directly, BM will get 40% commission of sales (Delivery cost is not included if it is generated) if they see patients of their own, 60% will be calculated as his Credit (One Dollar is one Heshoutang Credit (https://www.heshoutang.com/about/our-management-system/12...)); BM will get 30% commission of sales (Delivery cost is not included if it is generated) if they see Heshoutang patients, 70% will be calculated as his Credit (One Dollar is one Heshoutang Credit).

●       LM is the second level of Heshoutang members.

●       Generally LM is from BM, BM needs to pass another examination to become LM to teach his own BM (students).

●       LM can see patients, the benefit rules will be the same as BM.

●       LM will get 5% Heshoutang income (not sales) which is generated by his BM, even though their BM has upgraded into a higher level, 95% Heshoutang income which is generated by his BM will be calculated as his Credit (One Dollar is one Heshoutang Credit).

●       GHM can see their own patients too, the benefit rule will be the same as BM.

●       GHM will get 1% global profit shares monthly, 99% region profit shares will be calculated as his Credit (One Dollar is one Heshoutang Credit).
