The process to Troubleshoot Lexmark Printer not Printing Issue

Go to the Windows Control Panel and select "Devices and Printers"
You can access your control panel by typing "Control Panel" in the search bar on Windows 10 or older versions of Windows, and press the Window logo key and the "R" key on your keyboard at the same time to open the "Run" dialog box.
In this dialog box, type "control" and press Enter. This will open the control panel in most Windows operating systems.
Find your Lexmark printer in the list of printing devices and see if it's the problematic printer.
Right-click on that printer and select "View What's Printing" from the drop-down list.
When a new page opens, click on the "Printers" menu item in the upper right corner and select "Open as administrator" from the drop-down menu.
Open the "Printer" menu item in the upper right corner again and select "Cancel All Documents". At this point, a confirmation dialog may open and you need to confirm that you want to delete all documents in the print queue by selecting "Yes".
Now try printing on that Lexmark printer again to see if it's the problem.
