Documentation Specialist Announcement of New Position

SHAWNEE, Kan. - July 13, 2021 - PRLog -- HospiceServe, founded to help small hospices grow, is excited to welcome Linda Gray, RN, Case Manager to the position of Documentation Specialist.

Previously, Gray held the position of Palliative RN, Case Manager with Missouri Palliative & Hospice Care. Gray's experience includes hospice case management, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) development, documentation resource support, and documentation review supporting physicians and nurse practitioners.

As Documentation Specialist, Gray will focus on evaluating the skill of staff to document eligibility criteria for hospice services and the accurate completion of the electronic medical record. Suzie Fairbanks, RN, MN, said, "We look forward to Linda's support of the clinical team members."
