SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. - Aug. 4, 2021 - PRLog -- Buoy's Waterfront Bar and Grill is located at 677 75^th Avenue in St Pete Beach.  Buoy's opened in March 2021 and has provided guests with a casual dining experience that consistently exceeds their expectations for both quality and service.  Enjoy chef-inspired fare made with fresh local and island-inspired ingredients.

Buoy's Waterfront Bar and Grill provides awe-inspiring views of Blind Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy spectacular sunsets, dolphins in the water, boats on the pass, and more…..all from our outdoor sundeck.

Buoy's Waterfront Bar and Grill serves brunch/lunch on Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am-4:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday, from10:00am-4:00 pm.  Favorites include the Godiva Crème Brule French Toast (thick-cut French toast, bruleed raw sugar, silky Godiva white chocolate sauce topped with fresh berries), Shrimp and Grits (blackened Gulf shrimp, fire-roasted tomatoes, aged white cheddar, jalapeno stone-ground grits), and the Short Rib Benedict (braised short rib, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, potatoes).

Dinner is served Tuesday-Sunday from 4:00 pm-11:00 pm.  Customers rave about the Gulf Grouper (fresh Grouper with green beans, coconut rice, citrus beurre blanc) and the Yellow Tail Snapper (whole Snapper fried crisp, Thai mango sauce, vegetables, coconut rice).

Whether at Buoy's for Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner there is something for everyone!  Appetizers, Salads, and Sandwiches are available all day.  Make sure to try the Tuna Trio….it has received rave reviews from critics and customers alike.  The Tuna Trio has Sesame Seared Tuna, Korean Poke Tuna, and Spicy Tuna with Edamame Hummus, Wontons, and Asian Guac.
