ROCKAWAY, N.J. - Aug. 30, 2021 - PRLog -- TOPDON USA announces its membership with Battery Council International (BCI), a not-for-profit trade association that has promoted the interests of the lead battery industry for over 90 years.  With this partnership, the automotive diagnostic tools firm can include BCI-based battery libraries in its products, such as the BT Mobile Pro and BT Mobile ProS.

The Council establishes technical standards for manufacturing, Its members account for over 98% of the lead-acid battery production and recycling capacity in the United States. Their member companies alone were responsible for spending $100.4 million on research and development in 2018. The entity also publishes content that is vital for the industry, such as data books and technical manuals.
