Introducing Niel-seal™️- Formerly Known As Tite Seal® Gasket And Joint Sealing Compound

VISAKHAPATNAM, India - Aug. 31, 2021 - PRLog -- Abbey Products, a division of Abbey Color Incorporated, manufactured TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound on behalf of Radiator Specialty Company (RSC) in a successful partnership that lasted over twenty years. RSC distributed TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound globally under the TITE SEAL® label. In 2018 RSC, as part of their new business strategy, decided to exit the TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound market. In response to this Abbey decided to rebrand TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound to Niel-Seal™️ and continue servicing the market directly.

The raw materials, formula, production methods, location of manufacture, production equipment, packaging and quality procedures utilized for TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound have not changed for the manufacture of Niel-Seal™️. The Niel-Seal™️ product is exactly the same as TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound, and will therefore perform to the exact same high standards you have become accustomed to. The only thing that is different is the product name change from TITE SEAL® Gasket and Joint Sealing Compound to Niel-Seal™️, as you will see on the new labels.

NIEL-SEAL is a sealing compound for hydrogen cooled Turbo-Generator End-Shield. The joints between the shield halves and the joints between the shields and the stator frame are fitted and provided with grooves for the insertion of Niel-Seal to seal the hydrogen gas in the generator casing. It is a sealant material designed to be injected into a channel to form watertight seal and provide hydrogen sealing in the End-Shield. Available in Medium and Light Weight grades in 5 lb pack and used with special high pressure pumping equipment.

Heat Proof, vibration proof, non-solvent, non-shrinking, non-cracking product. Withstands high temperatures and pressures, resistant to water, gasoline, kerosene, grease, oil, LP and natural gas, glycerine, ethylene glycol, ammonia, etc. Designed to survive in the harsh environment. It is highly resistant to contact with solvents, fuels, oils and many industrial chemicals. Used for gasket dressing in gearboxes, sealing radiator hose connections, pumps, tanks, pressed plates, covers, pans, pipe threads, imperfect or uneven flanges.
