Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce names 2021 Murphy Award honorees

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Sept. 1, 2021 - PRLog -- The Sunnyvale-based Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the recipients of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce 56^th annual Murphy Awards. Honorees this year include:

• Sunnyvale Community Services (Nonprofit of the Year)
• Google (Outstanding Technology & Innovation)
• Nexxus Maker Space (Small Business of the Year)
• Specialty Solid Waste & Recycling (Mid-sized Business of the Year)
• Safeway (Large Business of the Year)
• Shane Jacksteit (Outstanding Professional of the Year)
• Julio Delgado (Outstanding Educator, Sunnyvale School District)
• Leo Flores (Outstanding Educator, Fremont Union School District)

"Throughout the pandemic, it has been our mission to ensure COVID-19 testing and vaccinations are as accessible as

possible," said Dan Woods, Chief Executive Officer of El Camino Health. "We are grateful to the many community

An annual award ceremony celebrating exceptional contributors to the Sunnyvale community, the Murphy Awards are a long-standing tradition.
