Pathfinder Labs Expands Geographic Footprint of AI-Based Web And Mobile Apps Into Nine New Cities

Connects More Military And Veterans to Critical Services Across the Midwest, West, Southwest and Southeast Regions

NEW YORK - Sept. 8, 2021 - PRLog -- With the recent beta launch of the Pathfinder Community mobile application and successful U.S. Air Force user tests of the web platform, Pathfinder Labs, Inc. will expand to nine cities by the end of 2021. In addition to the company headquarters in New York, NY, the platforms – which use artificial intelligence to assist military personnel, veterans, and their families to find local resources while providing advanced well-being and impact analysis to improve support programs – will now provide in-depth coverage of markets surrounding Shreveport, LA, Abilene and San Antonio, TX, San Diego and Los Angeles, CA, Portland, OR, Jacksonville, FL, Indianapolis, IN, and Detroit, MI.

"These markets give us a wide view of both rural and city communities as well the military and veteran populations," said Elana Duffy, CEO and founder of Pathfinder Labs. "We spent the summer making many of the adjustments the Airmen suggested; now it's time to start serving the broader populations and our 2021 analysis clients. Wherever our clients have a location where they want to provide better services, we will be there to help them get the information they need."

The project builds upon the success of Pathfinder Labs' website in New York City, where it functions as a search, recommendation, and connection tool for military and veterans looking for local services including mental health, social groups, housing, and employment with companies offering internal veteran support. The user provides short feedback to the services, which is anonymized and aggregated before compiling through artificial intelligence technologies to compute standard metrics describing the population tendencies in stress, anxiety, motivation, resilience, and more for client programs to accurately measure the impact they have on those they serve. The mobile app provides much of the same functionality of the web-based search program and adds upcoming, local events as well as an opportunity for small businesses to inform the community of specific offers.

"By adding small businesses and events to the app, we are really bringing the whole community together," Duffy said. "It allows military personnel and their families to know what is available off-post and offline, and gives the businesses an affordable way to increase traffic while showing this population they care. The web platform already offers a way for users to earn virtual Challenge Coins through completing a profile or leaving feedback which they can trade for online offers. This gets Main Street involved."

Programs looking to be listed on the Pathfinder Community app or on the web at https://www.pathfinderlabs.com should email hello@pathfinderlabs.com. Small businesses can sign up directly to the app at https://pathfinder.loqiva.com .
