Colette Barris Claretta Street Creator To Host Making Of Urban Villagez Claretta Street Podcast

PACOIMA, Calif. - Sept. 21, 2021 - PRLog -- Colette Barris author of Claretta Street begins her podcast "The Urban Village" September 28th on Spotify.  The Urban Villagz will dive into the lives of the Black Community-Baby Boomers, Millennials and Gen. X,Y and Z how all converge surrounding the issues of today.  Co-hosting The Urban Villagz podcast is the shows's executive producer and co-creator Dawn Carter.  Colette Barris is actively shopping Claretta Street The Series.  Colette has obtained the rights of her father and is developing a dramedy based on his life.  The show centers around a young Black father of four in Pacoima who builds an amazing life through imperfection and courage, Pacoima is the family's hometown.  The Urban Villagz podcast will feature cozy old school stories and history centered around Pacoima and Los Angeles.  Pacoima is home to a deep bench of Black and Latino talent for which the show will unpack.
