How To Price A Painting—Recent Work By Ron Throop

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Oct. 26, 2021 - PRLog -- The painting exhibition runs from Saturday, November 20 - Sunday, December 5 at Door 3 Gallery, 215 Tremont St, Suite 201 (Door 3) Rochester, NY 14608. The theme goes beyond the usual gallery show expectations (paintings on a wall, tense silence, social discomfort, cheap cheese) to explore the lack of ethics and standards for pricing art. Ron Throop has developed an equation for living artists to follow which could revolutionize how humans exchange their creative works.

Half of the proceeds from sales at the exhibition will go to The Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts.

Throop's stimulating body of work and theme of democratization of art will capture the  public's imagination.

Opening night is Saturday, November 20, from 6 - 9 p.m. There will be better cheese and and The Eastman Jazz Trio to liven things up.

Throop will be available by appointment after November 17, and on the scene for opening night (November 20) and Rochester First Friday (December 3).
