After she had stage 3C, metastatic cancer about a decade ago, Light started her journey in health and wellness by treating her cancer, not with chemotherapy, but a healthier nutrition and radical lifestyle overhaul. This led Light to discover her passion for helping others find healing for their body, mind, and spirit, which she will now do at TM360 MedSpa.

As Light studied holistic nutrition, and mind and body therapies, she has also helped cancer patients, and those with other various conditions, heal through healthy eating, in which her core belief is "let food be thy medicine." Light even understands the impact of trauma and its effects on the emotional and energetic states.
