Christopher Todd Communities Built By Taylor Morrison Breaks Ground on Paradisi in Surprise, Ariz

SURPRISE, Ariz. - Oct. 28, 2021 - PRLog -- Single-Story Rental Community leader Christopher Todd Communities and America's Most Trusted® Home Builder Taylor Morrison Home Corporation have broken ground on Christopher Todd Communities At Paradisi, located at the Loop 303 and Cactus Road in Surprise. Marking the third jointly-branded luxury rental community in Arizona since the two companies entered a strategic partnership in 2019, this is the first such community located within a Taylor Morrison masterplan which will also contain traditional homes for sale. It is also the first community to publicly recognize the City of Surprise Police Department for their important animal education outreach.

Christopher Todd Communities At Paradisi is comprised of pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom smart homes with private backyards and doggy doors, along with resort-style amenities such as a pool, spa, event lawn and dog park. As part of the groundbreaking, the companies recognized the City of Surprise Police Department's Animal Control Unit for their efforts to promote the importance of being a responsible pet owner. "We know that pets are children for many families. The partnership of Christopher Todd and Taylor Morrison is honored to provide a $2000 donation to the Surprise Police Department to further their educational cause," said Todd Wood, CEO of Christopher Todd Communities.  Surprise Police Chief Benny Piña was on hand to accept the donation, along with members of the Animal Control and K-9 units.

The larger Paradisi masterplan will encompass approximately 149 total acres of which 16 acres will be separately gated, include 193 rental homes and have its own amenity offerings. Taylor Morrison will be building 560 traditional for-sale homes on varying lot sizes. Development is underway.
