"Everything starts at $1" Tucci mentioned. He went on to say, "you can go bid now on the website www.ebth.com the auction ends in a few days, so bid today!"

When asked why he wanted to have his collection sold on the show, Tucci answered; "I have a barn filled with antiques and treasures from my travels. The barn was becoming overwhelming filled. There was an opportunity to have the HGTV show Everything But The House, come to help auction off my items. I thought this is a great way to motivate me to actually clean out the barn and raise money for the local Open Land Trust organization and Sustainable Agriculture Farmers. It's an auction that charities will benefit from." Tucci went on saying, "when Lara Spencer rings your doorbell, you open the door and welcome her in." Lara Spencer is the executive producer and host of HGTVs hit series Everything But The House.

Oscar Tucci resurrected Delmonico's in 1926 first as a Speakeasy then as a proper restaurant, after the repeal of Prohibition. Delmonico's had closed several years prior due to Prohibition and was slated to be torn down. Max said, "Oscar turned Delmonico's into a household name, he held the most elegant affairs.
