What 'The Guy Who Was Smiling When He Cut Off His Arm' Can Teach Technology Professionals

ST. LOUIS - Feb. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- St. Louis, MO – Aron Ralston, who survived after being trapped for six days by an 800 pound boulder in a remote Utah canyon, has agreed to deliver one of three keynotes at the 2022 Gateway to Innovation (G2I). Mr. Ralston, who ultimately freed himself by severing his own arm, will share personal reflections around an incredible story of the human spirit, survival, and growth.

G2I, the region's premier single-day event for technology professionals in the greater St. Louis area, will take place Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at America's Center Convention Complex in downtown St. Louis. Registration is now available at  https://www.g2iconference.com.

Mr. Ralston will share personal details of his entrapment, which is the subject of the bestselling book Between a Rock and a Hard Place and the Oscar-nominated film 127 Hours, teaching that people can't always control what happens in life, but can control how they respond in ways that embrace crisis rather than resisting it.
