Within the process, the niche is manifested. Yet, one of the greatest mistakes she says one can make is focusing on a broad market instead of a niche market. The second mistake is designing a marketing strategy that is aimed to speak to everyone when ultimately you are not everyone's answer. The downfall is when striving to speak to everyone, you actually end up speaking to no one.

After over 25 years of having served impressionable teenage girls that then led to professional women, Nicole has now accepted her latest purpose pivot new assignment and has extended her offerings to be more inclusive to men. She admits she ignored this latest pivot for the past two years because she was afraid. She shares, "I had always had a few good men I served so I should not have been shocked when God dropped in my spirit it was time to serve both men and women." Nonetheless, she decided to move forward in faith. "I've always been able to see people's gifts and how to align it with profit both start a business and be the answer they were born to be while they do it." Her commission now is allowing her to serve even more.
