T8090 Dual Absolute for E-Mobility Leak Testing

MODENA, Italy - April 27, 2022 - PRLog -- ForTest has merged the simplicity of a standard absolute decay system with the precision and sensitivity of a differential system, bringing leak testing devices to a level never seen before thanks to the innovative Dual Absolute technology. It has its working on new algorithms which minimizes the defects to a lower level and brings stability between different parts.

New instruments can work in 3 different ways:

2)      Dual Absolute
3)      Central Zero

ForTest has chosen to discontinue developing the traditional differential system because the new Dual Absolute technology is so powerful and trustworthy since the new dual absolute can take samples in harsh conditions easily without any error.

With this invention it also brought us a series of new functionalities. The new T8090 equipment includes ports for the USB slave, RS232, RS485, Profinet, EtherNet IP and EtherCAT. For connection with external valves, safety barriers, and switches, the assembly may optionally incorporate an optional Ethernet port and a 26-pole connector with 4 inputs and 8 outputs that is totally programmable. It also uses a master USB port for a USB to save the records of tests conducted and to backup or restore them.

An amazing thing which T8090 Dual absolute brought us is a superior level of human computer interaction having a 6.2" color display. Main screen enables our interaction to the shortcut functions. It is a full area touch screen with extended programming keyboard.
